About Me:
Hi, I’m Morgan Keats! In my day job, I work as an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Service Coordinator for a non-profit. In this role, I support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities by coordinating essential services for their needs, and promoting well-being.
While I bring valuable experience from this position, my business operates independently of my day job at the MHMR Center. I do not provide Medicaid or case management services. Instead, I focus on education, advocacy training, and resource development for families, educators, and caregivers outside of those services.
Education & Experience Highlights
Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) - University of North Texas.
With coursework focused on child development, family dynamics, program administration, and advocacy, I developed a strong foundation for supporting both neurodivergent individuals and their families.
IDD Service Coordination
My work involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders (families, providers, schools, and other organizations) to address complex needs, improve service access, and develop person-centered plans for clients.
Personal Experience
As a late-diagnosed AuADHD (Autistic and ADHD) adult, I’ve lived through many of the challenges families and individuals face, including executive functioning struggles, emotional regulation, and navigating systems not designed with neurodivergent needs in mind. This personal understanding drives my passion for creating practical tools and resources to make life easier and more structured for others.
How I Use My Expertise to Support You
My business offers:
Educational Workshops - Learn advocacy strategies, sensory-friendly home techniques, and emotional regulation support without depending on Medicaid-based services.
Printable Tools & Resources - From visual schedules to social stories, I provide resources that empower families to create structure and promote growth.
