Hi, I’m Morgan Keats—founder of Navigate Family Resources. With a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and professional experience as an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Service Coordinator and behavioral therapist, I specialize in providing families, caregivers, and educators with strategies to create supportive, structured environments.

As someone who is also neurodivergent (AuADHD), I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. My goal is to empower others with tools that promote emotional regulation, advocacy, and long-term growth.
